Regardless of the weather real estate is always a challenging business! For instance when it's raining like cats and dogs like it has been for the past 2 weeks it provides a good opportunity to check roof leaks and drainage issues.
In May I will be closing my first real estate transaction, with a single mom who has two children, that will get the benefit of the $8,000 Tax Credit. This is $8,000 additional dollars that will be "added" to her regular tax refund next year. She is thrilled about purchasing her new home and getting some additional money next year for remodeling and upgrades! It's a good day in real estate when you have an opportunity to brighten someone's future!

utm graduation is this weekend- lots of
good friends leaving that we will miss!
it is monsoon season in martin,tn.- hope-
fully we will get some of this rain in june and
july also- know the farmers hope so!
mother's day coming up this sunday- and
lots of couples and singles are looking for homes
with interest rates so low! below 5%!

weakley county chamber of commerce banquet is tonight
at the university center! another big night for the county-
the chamber does so many good things that the community
does not realize! we are very lucky to have them-
the last day for classes at utm was yesterday- students
are now busy studying for exams or having parties!
a new italian restaurant is opening this week- used to
be michael's steakhouse- hope it turns out well- know
it will be good because the chef is excellent!
