I have a great restaurant listed in Martin right now. Michael's Steak, on the corner of University street and Lovelace, is an excellent location for anyone wanting to get in the restaurant business in Martin. Near the campus and has all the equipment going with it. So if you've always wanted to open a restaurant, right now is a great time because the price is right on this one.
